Correct Way To Insert The Stud

Before insert the stud into your molded snow tire, please confirm the length of the stud is same as your tire molded hole. Refer to this indication to make sure you are perfectly installed your studs correctly and firmly.

The Way Of Installation The Tire Studs

Step1: Place the used tyre on a flat surface. Use soapy water to lubricate the pre-drilled studs. This will make installation smoother. Pour 1 cup soapy water into spray bottle and spray each hole before installing stud.

Step2: Align the tip of the stud gun with the stud hole on the used tire. Press hard and squeeze the trigger of the stud gun to release and insert the stud. Check to ensure that you have inserted the studs directly into the tire holes. Repeat these steps until you have nailed all the tires completely.
